IMPORTANT HEALTH COVERAGE TAX DOCUMENTS

 
Federal law no longer requires individuals to provide proof of health insurance coverage via a 1095-B form. Therefore, the Metal Lathers Local 46 Trust Fund (the “Fund”) no longer mails plan participants copies of that form.
However, a copy of your 1095-B form can be requested to be sent to you by mail or email, by contacting the Fund Office:

The Form 1095-B will still be mailed to those who reside in states that still require it (such as California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Rhode Island, and Washington DC).  This mailing will occur prior to January 31, 2025.
