Pre-training (28 total hours)
- Introduction - 4 hours class / 10 hours shop
- OSHA 10 - 10 hours class
- Scaffold - 4 hours class
First Year (196 total hours)
- Rebar - 48 hours class / 24 hours shop
- DOB Drug & Alcohol - 2 hours class
- DOB Fall Prevention - 8 hours class
- OSHA 30 - 30 hours class
- Inside/Black Iron - 24 hours class / 24 hours shop
- Math for Iron Workers - 32 hours class
Second Year (192 total hours)
- History of Ironworking - 60 hours class
- Unbonded Post Tensioning - 40 hours class / 8 hours shop
- Blueprint Reading - 48 hours class
- Survival of the Fittest/Foreman Training - 36 hours class
Third Year (192 total hours)
- DOB Rigging - 32 hours class / 20 hours shop
- Cranes - 20 hours class / 20 hours shop
- Wire Lath - 24 hours class / 24 hours shop
- First Aid/CPR – 8 hours class
- Cranes – 20 hours class/20 hours shop
- NYC Organizing – 24 hours class
- Instrument Training Laser – 20 hours class
Fourth Year (210 total hours)
- Bonded Post Tensioning – 42 hours class
- Advanced Foreman – 42 hours class
- Advanced Blueprint/Detailed Rebar – 42 hours class
- Welding – 84 hours shop
